Syko is a DJ, producer, and passionate house music enthusiast born and raised on the Southside of Chicago, IL. When he’s not performing, Syko is in the studio crafting tracks with the support of his family and the deep influence of the house music culture that shaped his upbringing. Since 2008, he’s been dedicated to developing a sound that’s all about setting a mood and creating a deep, hypnotic groove. His selections seamlessly inspire movement—whether it’s tapping your feet, nodding your head, or suddenly finding yourself dancing—regardless of genre, tempo, or style.

Growing up in a household filled with house music, hip-hop, breakbeats, and Latin rhythms laid the foundation for Syko’s passion for music. Blending that diverse upbringing with his love for both juke and house music, he has cultivated a truly unique and eclectic sound. In his sets, he artfully pieces together and blends the elements he loves most from various styles. As a producer, Syko taps into Chicago’s legacy as the birthplace of house music, carrying on the tradition while pushing it forward in his own way.
